Hello, I’m Jack

I’m a Transformational Mentor for teens and young adults. I’m the person parents call when the system has failed their child and they’re searching for something real — someone who can guide their son or daughter from crisis, pain, and hopelessness into a place of peace, confidence, and excitement for their future.

I do this work because it’s the most meaningful thing I’ve ever done. Helping families reconnect, watching hope return where it had been lost, and seeing young people stack wins and rebuild trust – those are the moments that make this work priceless.

How My Journey Began ~

This passion to help others began as an obsession with fitness. As a teenager, I experienced the grounding confidence that setting and achieving goals in the gym could create. I wanted others to experience this, which grew into a 13+ year career as an elite trainer.
Throughout that time, I worked closely with teens and young adults. It became clear that the progress wasn’t just physical.
  • One of my clients conquered intense social anxiety and built up a healthy social circle in his senior year.
  •  A young gymnast told me I made her feel safe after a traumatic coaching experience had left her feeling powerless.
  • Another client told me that talking with me for a few months had been more impactful than over 6 years of working with therapist after therapist.
Moments like these built momentum as I began to realize I had a unique gift and skill set.

Supporting Teens & Young Adults Through Their Struggles

Since making the shift to  transformational mentorship, I’ve worked with teens and young adults facing a wide range of challenges — ADHD, anxiety, OCD, depression, oppositional defiant disorder, autism spectrum disorder, and more.

What I’ve learned is that the diagnosis never tells the whole story. Each young person is more than a label, and my mission is simple: to meet them where they are, give them the tools and encouragement they need, and walk alongside families through some of their most difficult seasons.

ADHD

I use practical routines and focus tools that build independence.

Anxiety & OCD

I provide skills for grounding, confidence, and gradual exposure to reduce fear.

Depression & ODD

I guide teens through step-by-step wins that restore hope and reestablish family trust.

My Approach to Transformation

1
Step 1: Connection — Trust, rapport, and respect aren’t optional; they’re the foundation of real change. With the right approach, I’m able to build that connection quickly, often within the first few sessions.
2
Step 2: Momentum — We start stacking wins, moving step by step toward personal goals: improved behavior, greater independence, stronger confidence, and better mental health outcomes.
3
Step 3: Transformation — This happens across multiple domains at once. I model what healthy resilience looks like, I support them fully in the moment, and I equip them with tools they can carry into every part of life.
